Why:
The LAPD Pacific Division will conduct a driver's license and sobriety checkpoint this Saturday evening in the Pacific Area.

The checkpoint is part of the LAPD's ongoing effort to reduce the number of traffic collisions involving intoxicated and unlicensed drivers.
