Central City Police Boosters Holiday Program

What:
32nd Annual Holiday Program for Central City Youth

Friday, December 16, 2005

Shrine Auditorium-Exposition Hall

Deputy Chief Cayler Carter, Commanding Officer, Operations-Central Bureau
Commander Louis Gray, Operations-Central Bureau
Captain Andrew Smith, Commanding Officer, Central Area
Captain Jodi Wakefield, Commanding Officer, Central Patrol
Central Area Officers
Metropolitan Division, K9 Unit

Why:
The holiday show is sponsored for over 1400 children who reside in the Central City area of Los Angeles. The children will enjoy a spectacular trick dog show featuring Busy Bee Dog Productions and a demonstration from the Los Angeles Police Department's K-9 Unit. Santa Clause will visit and distribute a Christmas bag full of candy and toys. A lunch donated by the Midnight Mission will also be included.

The Central Area's Community Relations Office organizes the annual holiday party. Fundraising for the event is coordinated by the Central City Police Boosters, Inc., a non-profit organization which represents major corporations, retailers, developers, and financial institutions located in downtown Los Angeles.
