SWAT Santa Claus Makes a Toy Delivery in South Los Angeles area

Why:           
To lift the spirits of needy children and to outreach families throughout the South Los Angeles area during this Christmas season.  Officers from LAPD SWAT will deliver toys to children in an armored vehicle with Santa.  Holy Cross Baptist Church is part of the Los Angeles Ministry Project (LAMP) which serves underprivileged families. Since 1993, South Central LAMP has worked on the frontlines using the power of education and building the capacity of parents and children to combat existing inequality and reduce poverty one family at a time.
