Victim Shot Dead in Van Nuys NR15929rmh

Van Nuys: The Los Angeles Police Department's Van Nuys Homicide detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspects responsible for the murder of 21-year-old Juan Santos.

On December 22, 2015, around 10:00 p.m., Van Nuys patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the 14500 block of Saticoy Street. When officers arrived, they found Mr. Santos on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and transported Mr. Santos to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Two suspects were seen running from the location. The circumstances and motive for this homicide are unknown and the investigation is ongoing.
