Los Angeles: On Monday, July 7, 2003 at about 12:05 a.m., Devonshire Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of shots fired in the 16400 block of San Fernando Mission Boulevard in Granada Hills. When they arrived, the officers saw family members attending to a gunshot victim. The family discovered the victim slumped over inside of his vehicle, which was parked in front of his residence. The victim was transported to Holy Cross Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
