Missing Person, Ramona Quiroz has been found and is well.
Los Angeles: A local family and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in finding a 77-year-old missing woman.
On August 5, 2010, Ramona Quiroz was last seen near the 1000 block of Balboa Boulevard in the Northridge area. Quiroz has never been missing before from her retirement home.
Quiroz is described as a female Caucasian with white hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, brown pants and black shoes. She also walks with a cane.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Quiroz is asked to contact Missing Persons Unit Detective Kristin Merrill at 213-996-1800. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls may be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7. Anyone wishing to remain anonymous may call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
