Man Arrested for Arranging to Meet with Minors to Engage in Lewd Acts Investigators Seeking Possible Additional Victims NR14423sm

Northridge:   On October 23, 2014, investigators from the LAPD’s Devonshire Division arrested a Northridge resident for arranging to meet with a minor to engage in a lewd act.

The investigation began after a report was made to authorities that an Asian male in the Northridge area was soliciting teens near a local elementary for employment in pornographic videos.

Charges were filed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for three felony counts, including solicitation and attempted child exploitation. Detectives believe there may be additional victims and encourage anyone who may have information to please come forward.
