HARBOR AREA TRAFFIC SUMMIT
The media is cordially invited to participate in a public forum to address traffic safety issues in the Harbor Area, (San Pedro, Wilmington, Harbor City, Lomita). The summit will take place today, February 16, 2000, between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm at the Ryan Pitman Hall located at 2981 North Gaffey Street, San Pedro. Present at the meeting will be Captain Kenneth Garner, Commanding Officer South Traffic Division along with other representatives from South Traffic Division and Harbor Area, Department of Transportation engineers, Deputies from the 15th Council District and more.
This will be an opportunity to meet the people directly responsible for traffic safety in the Harbor area and get direct "The Buck Stops Here" answers.
