Critical Missing Juvenile

 

Los Angeles - On Monday, February 19, 2001, at approximately 9:15 p.m., eleven year old Jesse Alvarez, was reported missing when he fled from his group home, located at 3436 ½ South 8th Avenue. Alvarez left the location with a fifteen-year-old who has since been located. Alvarez is at risk because of his age. Jesse Alvarez is described as a male Hispanic, 4’5", 70 pounds, with a medium complexion, and a medium build. The subject was last seen wearing a blue shirt, and gray pants.

Alvarez expressed that he wanted to go to the Pasadena Area to find his mother. He may be using the city transit system. There are no recent photographs of the minor. The only photograph available for the minor is from his kindergarten school years.
