Body Found In Alley

"Body Found in Alley"

Los Angeles - On Tuesday, February 27, 2001, at 7:35 a.m., a 44-year-old female was found in the North alley of the 700 block of 13th Street. She had sustained multiple stab wounds to the upper torso and responding paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene. Employees of a local business in the area discovered her behind a trash container.

The motive is unknown at this time and no suspects have been identified.

The identity of the victim is not available pending notification of next-of-kin.
