Found Dead in his Bed"
Los Angeles: On February 19, 2003, at approximately 5:30
p.m., Fabian Espinosa, an 18 year-old male Hispanic, was involved in a
physical altercation with a 17 year-old male in the parking lot of Banning
High School located at 1527 Lakme Avenue, in the City of Wilmington. Both
individuals were students at Banning High School. Following the fight,
Fabian Espinosa went home, where he complained of a headache and then began
to vomit. He subsequently went to bed for the evening.
On February 20, 2003, at approximately 6:20 a.m., Fabian’s mother
attempted to wake him up. He appeared to not be breathing. Los Angeles City
Fire Department Paramedics were called to the location. They responded to
the location and pronounced Fabian dead.

UPDATE:
Detectives continued their investigation and as a result of information
developed, the 17 year old juvenile involved in the altercation with the
victim, has been arrested and booked for Murder.
