"Detectives Investigate Death of 19 Year-Old Man"
 
Los Angeles: On Saturday, January 31, 2004, at about 1:00 a.m., Northeast Area patrol officers responded to a radio call, "Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Shots Fired" in the 500 block of Avenue 28 in the Cypress Park area. Three Hispanic men drove along side the victim’s car and began shooting at him. The victim then lost control and crashed into a building.
Los Angeles City Fire Department paramedics arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim dead as a result of his wounds. The victim has been identified as 19 year-old Sean Williams.
The motive and the suspect(s) identity are unknown at this time.
