Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys Area
Police Station is hosting a community meeting to discuss the Federal Consent
Decree and what is required of the Los Angeles Police Department. Sergeant
David Delgado from the Civil Rights Integrity Division will present material
relative to the Federal Consent Decree overview and update. Detective Debby
Kane, Financial Crimes Unit, will discuss the topic of identity theft, which
has reached national problems.
Captain Miller will also be available to answer questions or address
