Los Angeles: Chief William J. Bratton, Assemblyman Mark Ridley-Thomas, Fire Chief William Bamattre and Dr. William Schwabe will be announcing the beginning of "Day of Dialogue" as well as speak on the shooting of 13 year-old Devin Brown.

Future will be held at locations within each Council District.
