Los Angeles: The family of Fat Phan and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public's help in finding her.

Fat Phan was last seen on Sunday, February 13, 2005, at about 8:00 a.m., taking out the trash near her residence in the 1000 block of West Figueroa Terrace, in the Echo Park area.

Fat Phan is described as a 46 year-old female, Asian, 5'1", 143 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red sweater, dark pants and white and green slippers. Fat is deaf; her mental condition is poor, and she only speaks Cambodian or Chinese.
