Adult Missing Person

 

Los Angeles: The family of Fat Phan and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public's help in finding her.

Missing Person PhotoFat Phan was last seen on Sunday, February 13, 2005, at about 8:00 a.m., taking out the trash near her residence in the 1000 block of West Figueroa Terrace, in the Echo Park area.

Fat Phan is described as a 46 year-old female, Asian, 5'1", 143 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red sweater, dark pants and white and green slippers. Fat is deaf; her mental condition is poor, and she only speaks Cambodian or Chinese.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Fat Phan is requested to contact the Los Angeles Police Department, Missing Persons Unit, at 213-485-5381. On weekends and during off-hours, call the 24-hour toll free number at the Detective Information Desk, at 1-877-LAWFULL (1-877-529-3855).
