Detectives Need the Public's Help

Los Angeles:   Police are seeking the public's help in finding any witnesses who may have either seen the collision, or who may have seen the driver or the car matching the description of the hit-and-run car.

On February 2, 2006, at about 6:05 p.m., a resident of Canoga Park was walking across Cantara Street, when he was hit by a car making a left turn.

The suspect left the scene in a 1985-1990 Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic, four doors, gold with a black bumper.

The victim was taken to a local Hospital where he was treated for a broken clavicle and road burns to his head.

Anyone with information is asked to call Valley Traffic Division, at 818-756-8391.  On weekends and during off-hours, call the 24-hour toll free number at 1-877-LAWFULL (529-3855).
