1 Man Shot and Killed, Five Others Injured

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department detectives are investigating the shooting death of Thess Good, a 45-year-old Black man.

On Saturday evening, February 11, 2006, at about 6:55 p.m., Thess Good along and a group of  men were in a garage that served as a barber shop to the rear of 10350 Hobart Boulevard.  A white vehicle drove up to the location and stopped in front of the location. Moments later, a red Jeep Cherokee drove up to the location and began to fire multiple shots into the garage.

Thess Good and five injured men were taken to local hospitals. Good died shortly after.

The motive for the shooting appears to be gang related.  The suspects remain outstanding.
