WHY:   
News conference to announce the arrest of a sexual assault suspect.  Detectives will describe how outstanding detective work, technology, Crimestoppers, and the media worked together to identify and locate a dangerous predator.  The suspect is believed to be responsible for luring several young girls in to apartment complexes and sexually assaulting them in the Mid-City area.
