WHY:
The event will assist Foothill Area officers and community members by warning would-be criminals from victimizing the public.  This event will also assist in reassuring businesses and the public that we are applying additional resources to prevent people from becoming victims, and will allow everyone to know that the LAPD is serious about theft and burglary from motor vehicle crimes.
