2005 C-PAB Summit Review

2005 C-PAB Summit Celebrates 12 Years of Partnership.

The Los Angeles Community-Police Advisory Board (C-PAB) held its Twelfth Annual C-PAB Summit on Saturday, April 9, 2005, at Paramount Studios. The theme was "Outreach is Paramount," and approximately 350 attended this one-day forum, including community representatives, Los Angeles Police personnel, civic leaders, sponsors to engage in training and information sharing. Attendees heard presentations on subjects like Crime-Free Housing, Human Trafficking and Youth Outreach.

For the past 12 years these summits have proven highly successful in helping the police and the communities work together to address the concerns and issues that affect their community. The theme this years was appropriately titled "Outreach is Paramount." In 2005 the C-PABs are committed to bring new people, including youth, into the problem-solving and information sharing processes.
