To encourage any community members who may have critical information about the case to come forward.
David Medina was killed on July, 21, 2009, in the 1700 block of Mesa Street in San Pedro. The victim’s family and LAPD detectives hope that a reward of $50,000 offered through the office of Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn will provide leads in the case from assistance within the community.
