Man Found Dead on Street With Gunshot Wounds

On Thursday, January 20, 2000, at approximately 6:10 a.m., Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to a "Man Down" radio call at the 500 block of North Banning Boulevard. Upon arrival, Fire Department personnel discovered a male Hispanic victim lying in the street. The victim had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim and suspect(s) had not been identified at the conclusion of the crime scene investigation.
