On October 24, 2008, Francisco Pedraza was crossing Olympic Boulevard at Evergreen Avenue when he was fatally struck by a vehicle that fled the crash scene.
LAPD's Central Traffic Division and 14th District Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar will announce his sponsorship of a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect responsible for the death of Pedraza.
