To pay tribute to Officer Hickey’s notable law enforcement career, accomplishments and to support her in her battle with cancer.  In honor of Officer Hickey and to mark the occasion, LAPD officers and FBI agents will shave their heads as a display of respect for Officer Hickey’s daily struggle with the disease.
