Detectives Release Photographs and Video of Suspects Wanted for Assaulting Transgender Woman NA13103df

What:
A news conference to announce a City-Council-approved $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) responsible for assaulting a transgender woman.  Visuals will include a photo of the suspects and video footage of the incident.
