Public Communications Section (PCS) has one overriding objective: to maintain, expand and innovate positive contacts with the public while enhancing the image of the Department. Public Communications Section is dedicated to the Department’s Mission Statement reference to working in partnership with the various business and residential elements within the City to enhance public safety. The outstanding PCS staff makes a concerted effort to ensure that quality service is rendered to everyone contacting the Unit and that each contact is a positive one.
