The Associate Ombuds Officer assists Department employees in resolving conflict in the workplace by listening to concerns, remaining impartial to all parties, maintaining confidentiality, following up on each request for assistance, stimulating options for resolving the concern, and providing feedback. Sergeants Mary Kite, Marty Weston and Whit Pauly are currently the Associate Ombuds Officers.
