The Administrative and Technical Services Bureau (ATSB) is responsible for developing and administering the budget for the Department. Police Administrator III Rhonda L.Sims-Lewis is the Commanding Officer. The Assistant Commanding Officers of ATSB are Police Administrator II Peter A. Di Carlo and Police Administrator II Nancy M. Gennusa.

ATSB coordinates and manages the Department's payroll, facilities, and any items for purchase. ATSB is responsible for overseeing the Department's budget, fleet facilities, crime lab, custody and control of evidence, contract administration, donations and convertible property. ATSB has supervisory control of the following:
