South Bureau Homicide Requesting Information on Murder Incident

Monday, January 11, 1999
On January 1,1999 at approximately 8:00 p.m., the victim, Yolanda Caro, was involved in a physical altercation. During the altercation, Yolanda Caro sustained massive injuries to her head.
On January 3,1999, Yolanda Caro was found unconscious in her residence. Caro was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
On January 4,1999 the Yolanda Caro succumbed to her injuries at the hospital. The investigation regarding the death of the decedent is being investigated by by LAPD South Bureau Homicide.
