UPDATE: Mid-Wilshire's Sexual Predator
On January 27, 1999, at 3:30 p.m., Raymundo Alfonso Palacios, a male Hispanic 23 years of age, was arrested for a series of crimes which occurred on January 27,1999, 12:50 p.m. Palacios is a local Los Angeles city resident from the Mid-City Wilshire Area.
The original arrest and booking charge was Robbery with a $35,000 bail.
Detectives were able to obtain a bail enhancement and the total bail is $255,000.
On Friday, January 29, 1999, Detectives will seek felony filings on various charges to include/not limited to sex-related crimes, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon.
