Cows Stolen From Coral

LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT
PRESS RELEASE
Wednesday, January 5, 2000

On Sunday, January 2, 2000, at 8:00 p.m., Foothill Community Police Officers were called to the 11000 block of Orcas Avenue in Lakeview Terrace, Hansen Dam Equestrian Center. The officers were told that between January 1, 2000 and January 2, 2000, twenty cows were stolen from a coral and herded down the Tujunga Wash. The approximate value of the cows was $16,000 dollars.

The officers investigation revealed that the suspect's had cut a hole in the fence and herded the cows along the dirt road along the Tujunga Wash towards Foothill Boulevard.
