Hollywood Detectives Investigate Homicide

 

Hollywood- On January 30, 2002, at approximately 3:45 p.m., Hollywood patrol officers responded to a "Shots Fired" investigation at a subterranean garage located at the 5400 block of Lemon Grove Avenue. Upon arrival officers discovered the victim of a single gunshot wound, 51 year-old Vuthipong Sanguansukdikosol of Hollywood.

The preliminary investigation revealed that an unknown suspect confronted Mr. Sanguansukdkosol after he drove into the subterranean parking garage and fired a round from an unknown caliber handgun.

Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded to the scene and transported Mr. Sanguansukdikosol to a local hospital where he died as a result of his wounds.

The motive is unknown at this time.
