Los Angeles: On Friday, January 16, 2004, at about 10:15 p.m., the victim, 19 year-old Adrienne M. Winston was standing on her front porch with several friends in the 7100 block of South 10^th Avenue.

Unknown suspects walked up and fired numerous rounds at the group. Adrienne sustained multiple gunshot wounds. A 19 year old male was also struck by the gunfire. They were both transported to a local hospital where Adrienne died from her injuries. The 19 year old male is listed in stable condition.

The motive and the suspect(s) identity are unknown at this time.
