There are three components which fulfills the public safety master plan. The first is a ten-story, 500,000 square foot building with state-of-the-art technology and approximately 350 underground parking spaces. The second element is a vehicle maintenance facility and parking garage. The third component includes underground public parking for nearly 300 cars with an aboveground harmonious plaza designed to accommodate multiple kiosks, local vendors and a sense of community.
