Los Angeles Police Looking for Missing Elderly Woman NR10045ah

Maria Elena Serrano is no longer missing.  A patrol unit found her on Jan. 29, near Romaine Street and McCadden Place in Hollywood at around 11 a.m.  Serrano appeared to be in good condition and was reunited with her family. 

Los Angeles:
Los Angeles Police Department is looking for an elderly woman, who was last seen on January 26, 2010, in a Los Angeles neighborhood.

Maria Ellena Serrano, 84, was last seen at 7 p.m. at her residence in the 3400 block of Bellevue Avenue.

Serrano is about 5 feet tall and weighs about 110 pounds.  She has gray hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing dirty and torn clothing.  Serrano appears to be a transient and is known to push a grocery cart and collect recyclables.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Serrano is urged to call Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800.
