"Child Abduction Regional Emergency Alert Issued"

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the assistance of the media in providing the public with the following information to assist law enforcement efforts in locating a 2 year-old child abducted by 16 year-old Erika Miller.

On July 18, 2003 at about 6:00 p.m., Miller went to the child’s aunts residence located in the 8200 block of South Western Avenue. Miller told the aunt that the child’s mother had given her permission to take the child over night and that she would return the child the next morning.
