Community Fair with LAPD's SWAT, K-9, Mounted Unit

What:
Harbor Area Neighborhood Fair

When:
Saturday, July 26, 2003, from 10:00a.m., to 4:00 p.m.

Where:
Normandale Park 22400 South Halldale Avenue, Torrance, California.

Los Angeles: On Saturday, July 26, 2003, Harbor Area Police Station will host a Neighborhood Fair at Normadale Park. The purpose of the fair is to strengthen the Department's ties with the community and provide outreach addressing quality of life and crime issues.

The fair will feature the Department’s SWAT, K-9, Mounted Unit and Dive Team. Activities include jumpers, food booths, live music and much more. This family oriented picnic is open to the public and it is anticipated that several hundred community members will attend.
