"Amber Alert"

 

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the Media provide the public with the following information to assist Law Enforcement efforts in locating these missing children.

On July 2, 2004, at approximately 11:20 a.m., the father of the child took his child from the mother of the child to an unknown location. The mother does not know the child’s whereabouts.

The Father is identified as Michael Outten, DOB 8-17-78, Male black, 6-3, 220 lbs. He was last seen driving a 1996 Silver Nissan Sentra, 4-door, Texas License Plate #D22VCM.

The child is Yolanda Rajina, DOB 11-10-96, Female black, black hair brown eyes, 4-5, 65 lbs. She was last seen wearing a light blue top w/ rhinestones, and pink shorts. She also has a 1-inch scar on her forehead.

A News Conference will be held today, July 2, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. at Van Nuys Station, 6240 Sylmar Avenue, Van Nuys. A photo of the father and the child, along with a photo of the vehicle will be available at Van Nuys Detectives. They can be contacted at 818-756-8495.
