Women Kidnapped at Gunpoint

Los Angeles: On July 12, 2004, at 3:30 p.m., a 20-year-old female was kidnapped at gunpoint from the street in the 13900 block of Pierce Avenue. The female was forced into the suspect’s vehicle and taken to an alley where she was sexually assaulted and released. The vehicle was described as a gray Ford Focus. That vehicle has been located and was determined to be stolen.

On July 13, 2004, at 8:00 a.m., a 14-year-old female was kidnapped at gunpoint from the 9400 block of Sepulveda Boulevard. The female was taken to a residential street in the suspect’s vehicle where she was sexually assaulted and released. That vehicle was described as a white four door vehicle, unknown make or model.

Investigators believe that the above crimes are connected and the following individual is involved:

Frank Briseno
Male, Hispanic, 5’8", 180 lbs, black hair, brown eyes
DOB 2-11-82
Tattoos: topless female on his right arm.

Known to frequent the area of Osborne Street and Arleta Avenue in the city of Arleta.

The public is advised that this individual is armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is urge to contact Operations-Valley Bureau Sexual Assault Unit, at 818-756-8111 during normal business hours. During nights and weekend, the public may telephone Detective Information Desk at 1-877-LAWFULL.
