Two Los Angeles Men Killed in Drive-by Shooting

Los AngelesTwo men were shot and killed in their car Wednesday night in Southeast Los Angeles.

At approximately 9:25 in the evening on July 20th, 32-year-old Jermaine Scott and 39-year-old Delton Prescott were driving in the area of 118th Street and Stanford Avenue. The two men were stopped at the intersection when a white mid-sized vehicle, with at least two black men inside, pulled alongside. The suspects fired 10 shots into Scott and Delton’s car, fatally wounding them, before fleeing the scene. The motive for the shooting is believed to be gang related.
