WHY:          
To provide information on the planning, preparation, and progress of the 405 Freeway Expansion Project and any public safety issues related to the project.  All other requests for interviews or information related to the 405 Freeway Expansion Project during the weekend, shall be referred to the Joint Information Center (JIC) located at the Unified Command Post.  Contact numbers for members of the JIC during the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be disseminated in a future advisory.  For All Unified Command JIC inquiries after 11:00 p.m. during the weekend, please contact 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (877-527-3247).
