Detectives Seek Help In Murder Investigation

"Detectives Seek Help In Murder Investigation"

Los Angeles: On June 16, 2002, at approximately 12:45 A.M. Wilshire Uniform Patrol officers responded to a "Shots Fired "call in the 1200 block of South Plymouth Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male Hispanic shot in an apparent robbery attempt by four unknown suspects.

Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The motive for this shooting was robbery. The suspects are described as thee male Hispanics and one male Black. The suspects fled in a Grey, possible Chevy vehicle. The victim was identified as 27-year old Mario Estrada of Los Angeles.
