Los Angeles: A series of sexual assaults have been reported in the San Fernando Valley. The suspect kidnaps his victims by forcing them into a car or forcing them from the sidewalk to a secluded area where he sexually assaults them. In one incident, the suspect entered a residence and assaulted the victim in her home.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, black hair, brown eyes, 5’6"-5’9", 190-210 lbs., 20-29 years of age, heavy build. He possibly has a mustache and goatee and drives an older model Chevy, S-10 Blazer, red with black interior, spare tire in the back with a black cover.
The Los Angeles City Council has approved a $25,000.00 reward for anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of this dangerous sexual predator.
