At Risk Missing Person

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department and the family of Gary Gates request the public's assistance in locating him.

Gary was last seen leaving his residence on the 3600 block of Barbara Street in San Pedro on May 31, 2005, at about 10:00 PM. Gary told his wife that their car was low on gas and that he was going out to get some gas. Both Gary and their car, 2004 Corvette, have not been seen since.

Gary takes medication for an infection that if untreated may cause him to become confused. Gary did not take his medications with him when he left.

Gary is 49 year-old Caucasian. He has short brown hair, blue eyes, 6' 1" and 170 lbs. He may have short mustache. Gary was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts with black sandals.

Gary 's car is dark gray in color with California License #5HYA138.
