Father and Son, LAPD Officers, To Work Together on Father's Day

 

What:
Media opportunity to profile two LAPD officers, father and son, working a patrol car together for Father's Day

When:
Sunday, June 19th, 3:45 PM Roll Call

Police Officer III David McDowell
Police Officer II Joseph McDowell

Why:
Two LAPD officers, David McDowell (51 years) and his son, Joseph (23 years), have asked to work together Father's Day. They will be assigned to a patrol car from Northeast Police Station.

Media outlets are invited to film roll call and interview the father/son duo. There may be an opportunity to ride along with a supervisor to observe them in the field.
