Why:
Officers from Southwest division are pulling together a fundraiser for a great fellow officer, Kristina Ripatti, who was recently shot and severely injured by an armed robber. All proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to the Ripatti's family trust fund account. Hamburgers, links, potato chips, potato salad, water and soda will be sold with no set price. We would like to encourage the media to support this worthy event. Please feel free to promote this fundraiser in advance.
