Why:
Graduating officers have completed 1,035 hours of training over the course of 32 weeks. There are 33 males and 4 females in the graduating class. Additionally, 2 lateral officers, and 1 General Service’s officer will also graduate.
The ethnic breakdown of the class is 11 Caucasians, 16 Hispanics, 4 African Americans, 1 Chinese, 2 Koreans, 1 Japanese, 1 Filipino, and 1 Cambodian.
Assistant Chief George Gascon will inspect the class.
