Bratton Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa Mr. Wirt Cook, Vice President IBM Why: Chief Bratton along with Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and IBM representatives jointly will unveil LAPD’s “Digital In Car Camera” system. A demonstration of the technology using three recently outfitted police vehicles will be provided.
