Police Seek Two Women who Tortured 5-Year-old Boy

What:
News conference seeking the publics assistance in capturing two women responsible for child abuse.

When:
June 13, 2008 4 p.m.

Los Angeles, CA 90012

Who:
LAPD Assistant Chief James McDonnell,
Lieutenant Vincent Neglia, Officer in Charge of LAPD Juvenile Division
LAPD Detectives from the Abuse Child Unit

Why:
A young boy has been tortured by his biological mother and her female partner. The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the publics help in capturing these two women who are considered gang members and have been on the loose since June 9, 2008.
