Los Angeles County Department of Probation

If you live in Los Angeles County and are having problems with a child that refuses to behave and is incorrigible, you may want to consider contacting your local juvenile probation field station. When contacting a local field office, they will advise you to the best course of action for your situation. In some cases the court system may declare a minor incorrigible if a petition is filed. Petitions are usually filed as a last resort in runaway or excessive defiance situations.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, Pacific Time.
Or visit them on the web at LAcounty.info
